Most kitchen renovations don't go sideways because someone picked the wrong tile. They go sideways because demo started before the plan was finished.
A kitchen renovation checklist is not a shopping list. It is the stack you should be able to put your hand on before anyone opens a wall: a written brief, a budget with 15–25% contingency actually funded, a layout you have checked at real widths, cabinet and finish decisions that are locked, and quotes you can compare.
If you cannot put your hand on those, you are not ready. That is not a personality flaw. That is the job still unfinished.
Demo last, not first.
The 105-page planner on Etsy is that stack as worksheets: brief, budget, layout, cabinets, quotes, then a green-light checklist at the end.
